Why Study Business and Professional English In Ireland
The most important factors to consider when choosing immersion training are the structure of the programme and the professionalism of the trainers.
However, why not combine these with a location that offers something different?
Ireland is an ideal location for learning international English for many reasons:
- A friendly, relaxed and warm environment in which you immediately feel welcome and comfortable. Participants on our courses continually comment on how at home they feel in Ireland.
- Ireland is famous for the beauty of its wild Atlantic coasts. You can spend Saturday with a member of the Nations team visiting one of the attractive fishing villages on the coast. On Sunday you could play a round of golf on one of Ireland’s 400 golf courses. A tailor-made programme combining English and golf can also be organised – why not do some business on the golf course?
- Ireland is a prominent member of the EU and part of the Euro zone. It is a country that is very open to cultural influences from the USA and UK.
Cork
The Nations training centre is located in Cork city centre. Cork is Ireland’s second largest city with a population of over 180,000. Located on the beautiful south west coast, Cork is famous for its arts and cultural scene and was the European Capital of Culture in 2005.
Getting to Cork
Cork International Airport is located approximately fifteen minutes from the city centre by taxi. It provides direct flights to and from many European destinations. If you choose to stay with one of our selected host families you will be met at the airport on arrival.
