From the moment you arrive in Ireland our management and training team will do their best to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and productive as possible. Although we provide intensive English language courses, we also recognise your need to enjoy the process and to experience the multi-cultural dynamic and friendly staff at Nations. Our team will make you feel at home, show you around and answer any questions you may have.

Your Trainers - Professionals in English

The expertise and professionalism of our training team is the key to your success. All of our trainers are highly competent and experienced, with an average of 12 years experience with Nations. Their objective is to ensure that as well as achieving your learning objectives, your stay is as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Our trainers are experienced professionals who know how to coach, motivate, stimulate and entertain. They are very comfortable teaching international English in the business and professional world. You will work together on the communication strategies you need to feel confident in your professional environment. Our trainers know that people learn in different ways and adopt a coaching approach to suit your individual learning style.

Your Experience at Nations

When you participate on a Nations training programme you will be challenged, stimulated and motivated to achieve your goals. However, you will also have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

In one-to-one training sessions you will focus 100% on your individual needs. In group workshops you will develop the communication skills needed for working with participants from different professional cultures. During working lunches, dinners and other social activities you will practice the English you need for developing good contacts and relations.

Your Facilities

Nations is located in the heart of Cork city centre. Our loft style building has 18 fully equipped training rooms. Facilities include secretarial services, free wireless broadband, simulated conference calling facilities, self-study facilities, a library of reference books and other training materials.

Your Accommodation

When you participate on one of our training programmes in Ireland we know how important accommodation is. We take great care in selecting a variety of options for you to choose from. In general participants on our programmes choose between hotel, bed & breakfast or accommodation with one of our selected host families. Once you decide which option best suits your needs, Nations will do all the organising for you.

Due to the fact that The Nations Total English Programme provides over 60 hours of working and living in English each week, there is no difference between any of the above options in terms of your progress in English. One way or another you will be immersed in English all day.
